What’s new

What we’ve shipped, newest first. Founding members get a say in what comes next.

September 29, 2026

  • Add subtasks while you create a task, so a whole plan goes in at once, and give each one its own date with the calendar button next to it.
  • One at a time: open what needs attention full screen, one task after another, with Done, Tomorrow and Skip.
  • Swipe a task right to check it off, or left to move it to tomorrow (on phones).
  • A calmer dashboard and header, and an account menu grouped into short pages.
  • Simpler editing: pick Today, Tomorrow or Next week, add a time if you want one, and find list, priority and tag under More options.
  • Undo after snoozing, moving and deleting, not just checking off.
  • Tasks two weeks late can move to Ideas in one tap, and “Not today” quiets the overdue reminder until tomorrow.
  • Put what needs your attention in the order you’ll do it: drag a row by its handle. Your morning email follows the same order.
  • People has its own tab, next to Dashboard and Calendar.
  • On phones, the tab bar holds four tabs plus More. Choose which four under More → Customize.
  • Put your morning email in your own order, like today’s schedule first. Find it under the morning email setting.
  • Forwarded emails read a day or time from the subject, like “Call Kyle tomorrow at 3pm”.
  • Outlook forwards are recognized, so the original sender and message land in the reason.

September 28, 2026

  • People, rebuilt: save the people who matter, @mention them in a note, get a keep-in-touch nudge, and see what’s open with everyone in your next meeting.
  • Add people from your contacts, and add someone to a calendar event.
  • The day line counts down to your next meeting: “Weekly sync starts in 32 minutes”.
  • Weekly review: plan the week in five minutes.
  • Import from Todoist, Apple Reminders, or a pasted list.
  • Habit history: a year of check-ins at a glance.
  • Templates: save a note and start new ones from it.
  • Undo right from the “Done” message after checking something off.
  • Open sign-ups with a 7-day Pro trial, and founding membership.

September 27, 2026

  • A new dashboard that starts with your day: a line that reads it back, what needs attention, and today’s schedule.
  • Habits as a list and important dates as a timeline.
  • Calendar events show when they end, and finished meetings fade.

September 26, 2026

  • The iPhone app takes shape: native notifications, your phone’s calendars, contact birthdays, and Share → MyRecall.
  • Notes open to read first, with Mark done and Snooze right there.

September 25, 2026

  • Shared areas: share Home with a partner or a project with a coworker, assign things, and comment.
  • Works offline: capture and check off without a signal, and it syncs when you’re back.
  • Photos and files on notes.
  • Delete your account from the app, and privacy and terms pages.
  • MyRecall understands “tonight”, “this morning”, and “tomorrow night”.

September 24, 2026

  • The morning email: your day, with buttons to mark things done or move them.
  • Forward an email to your MyRecall address and it becomes a follow-up.
  • Connect Google, iCloud, and Outlook calendars, read-only.
  • Habits and important dates, each in their own space.
  • After-meeting nudges, and Siri and share-sheet capture.
  • Calendar views: Month, Week, and Agenda.

September 23, 2026

  • Timed reminders, repeats, priorities, lists, checklists, and a calendar view.
  • Import from TickTick.
